We were very happy with Villa Sea time - the pictures do not really show how spacious it is. The villa was clean
and had everything we needed (including a small food welcome pack). The pool was great, both large and
deep at one end. There were many separate areas to just sit and rest with a good book, which pleased all
family members. Views of the sea and sunset were beautiful. Good restaurant at the bottom of the road too.
Would definitely stay here again.

Home from home in an unspoilt part of Cyprus
This really was a gem of a stay. Lovely villa - don’t be put off by the pics if you think it is small. Comfortably
fits 4-5 people with loads of room. Marion has provided everything you could possibly want (including the full
range of sky/tv channels). Villa was spotless and an easy drive to local town of Polis and the water sports
centre of Latchi. Loved every minute of it and would not hesitate recommending this place to stay. Can’t rate
it highly enough. P.s. LuxuryLatchiVillas (the management company) were brill as well and provided help,
assistance and some good restaurant recommendations along the way.

This is an exceptional holiday villa. We are a small family looking for a quiet relaxing break. This villa ticks all
the boxes we want. Lovely inside and out, and fully equipped with everything you need. Welcome pack very
much appreciated after all the travel. There are a number of places outside to sit to get or avoid the sun.
Great size of pool and nice views of the sea and surrounding hills (which may be nice for a hike if it was a bit
cooler!). It is a short walk to the beach and adjacent restaurant for breakfast lunch or evening meal. There are
a range of shops and restaurants a very short drive away. Excellent all round in every respect and I would
thoroughly recommend this villa and would love to come back (which is not something I would usually do).
Finally the contact with Uwe is first class, always helpful and informative.

We have recently returned from a month's stay at Villa Seatime, Argaka booked through Luxury Latchi Villas.
This is our second visit to the same villa. Firstly, the improvements to the Villa are great. A spacious new
walk-in shower, a large sofa in the living room, a really comfortable outside sofa set with a covered area and
a built-in BBQ. These really add to the property. We had left belongings with LLV and these were waiting for
us on arrival. The Villa has everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean both inside and out. The pool
is maintained beautifully. There are plenty of sunny spots and shaded areas to sit in. The sunsets at the Villa
are wonderful, we never tired of watching the sun go down. The staff at LLV are superb, all very professional,
helpful, and available. Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Kathryn, Brad, and
Andrea. We highly recommend this company for Villa rental in Cyprus. You’ll be in safe hands!!

Argaka where the villa is situated is an unspoiled part of Cyprus with neighbouring Latchi and Polis two
beautiful towns with a lot on offer. The villa added to this idyllic holiday, it is well situated with a few bars
and restaurants within a walking distance, Santa Barbara Beach bar is just at the end of the road. Polis and
Latchi can be reached by car or taxi. The villa had everything you needed, great space and amazing sea views.
To have our own space and pool was sublime. I would not hesitate to go back. Thank you Kathryn for your
assistance during our stay.
